Crown Property Services is a family business in Howell, Michigan. We own the houses, we look after them, and we answer the phone. There is no management company between you and the person who can actually fix something.
That shapes everything. The list of homes is short because we will not put our name on a house we have not been inside. The weekly stays are cleaned by people we know. The long-term leases are written to be read, not to be survived.
If you are staying a week, we want the house to be better than the photographs. If you are renting for a year, we want you to renew. Those turn out to be the same job.
